HSPICE中的测量语句.MEASURE具有多种功能,可以用于DC,AC或瞬态分析，MEASURE语句的一般格式为： .MEASURE SimulationType resultName MeasurementType
SimulationType为仿真类型使用到的只有三种DC、AC、TRANresultName为用户定义的测量参数的名字MeasurementType为需要测量的类型，HSpice支持以下几种测量：

如果测量的参数是一个表达式则需要使用关键字PAR对表达式进行定义，格式为： PAR(‘Expressions’) 如果需要测量参数是之前已经测量过的参数的表达式，格式为： PARAM=‘Expressions’ HSpice手册中例子如下：
